The Best Forgotten Insight – by Kingsley Beat. Penned a coupla minutes ago…

The Best Forgotten Insight – by Kingsley Beat. Penned a coupla minutes ago…

When I was absolutely steaming, I knew.
And the next day I remembered.
And then I wrote it down so’s not to forget it.
I began to rely on that scrap of paper

Too much perhaps too much

Until atimes I had to look it up
without an index yes it’s true
But rejoice when ye remember ye
Back there hold on don’t forget

You were the best forgotten insight
I ever forgot of yet

'Gummuita' by Kingsley Beat

Wed 18:28 Oct 8 14

GUMMUITA

Suffer your soccer tashes all you will
If you must you must you must
Suffering suckatash and mushy peas
You Bust the Rust with Magic Dust!

Thank you for that
for the umpteenth time
Double fist of Flying Juddah
Thank you for the thanks

Tap your nose three times
Tap your nose three times
Tap your nose three times

Moan moan nag nag moan

Elizabeth and the Cube

When you finally get things  sorted
okay dokay

I love you

‘Don’t be afraid to say that I love you’

'scooped up fragments / scooped up leaves' - by Kingsley Beat - 21:58 GMT 2014 6th of October

s stardate 21:58 GMT 2014 6th of October

scooped up fragments / scooped up leaves

s stars in a line
crush that candy man
aint no harm in it
as I can see

Zip it shrimpy
And what the flip are all these things in my pockets?

Get ‘em all out
It’s like being on the threshold of a night club
whilst being on the threshold of a knighthood, man

I just gotta get in.
And as for the beats
It’s good to know that some of them have been there so I don’t need to go there

Pop those bubbles man

Intrinsic joy

That’s what poppin bubbles is man

aint no harm in it
as I can see

When’s it gonna stop man? Eh? When’s it gonna stop?

This poem that is
and all the
hating

from the excusable to the inexcusable
it’s always a serious malfunction ay?

Why not spread the word, like in posters and that,
that a dark thought is just a tadpole tale of fear

Usually arising in the trail of a thought of greatness

Like a doubt germ clingining

Freud called the death insticts
allied to chemical imbalances from air quality to cherry cola
and back again via rubber microwave next day pizza crusts
or Scrooge’s lump of beef, as he had hoped at any rate
Let it slide man
you watched horror movies before

don’t got to do it

Cross yourself and hope to live

Be careful on the road

aint no harm in it
as I can see

Why should I be suddenly afeard - a poem by Kingsley Beat

Friday October 3 2014
22.29 GMT

Why should I be suddenly afeared?
Is it because of chemicals that seared?
Why should I be so suddenly afeared?
I thank the lord for giving me this beard

And welcome back the tooth ache that I feared?
Back to wander havoc in this sphere
3 days or so to ride it a out
holding on to the bedposts as it veers

through pulsting zones of pain and then to tears
my welcome toothy ache of yester year
The insights remembered in the spheres
of pain awareness challenge hearts bleed here

I remembered wonder with a tear

The wisdom that encapsulates it’s here:
Thou should not be so suddenly afeared

For a second or two ago you stroked your beard
And remembered how fine hearts had often cheered
Thune own two feet stood in balance here
And you thought ‘I’ll have another sip of beer’.

Breathe deeply your way out of it
straighten up and stretch and rear

Thou should not be so suddenly afeared.
